For an SSD, Disable Hibernation in Windows: Windows creates a file and writes entire OS memory to it every time you hibernate. An SSD writing to this file, can overburden the SSD and degrade its life. Turn Off Indexing: SSD drives are very fast and it does not need any indexing to find files like conventional HDD. Start => Defragment and Optimize Drives: E, F, and I were being defragged/optimized every week. Turned defrag off after SSD was installed.

On e6430, I wanted to separately use 2 profiles – with one on local c: drive and one on a different drive. Here's how: (1) on C: modify the Chrome desktop shortcut target to append: --user-data-dir=%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\cUserData (note that I had to rename existing 'User Data' and also that ccleaner will not clean this folder, you'll have to manually clear history etc) (2) on alternate Z: In %localappdata%\Google\Chrome folder: mklink /D "User Data" "Z:\Chrome\UserData" (this is cleared by ccleaner)

Privacy.com | Amolith's messages on Privacy.com | Lock down and protect your money.

Using your real card number everywhere online leaves you vulnerable. Just one security breach can expose your card number for thieves to make unauthorized purchases.

When you use the Privacy card, you are protected. At every place you shop, you get a unique card number that only works at each individual merchant. So if your card number becomes exposed, it can’t be used anywhere else.

a service that lets you create anonymous “burner” cards for purchases where you might normally use a debit or credit card. You add funds to your Privacy account and create single-use or multi-use cards with or without a spending limit. Numbers, expiration dates, and security codes are automatically generated. When giving your information to the merchant, you can provide whatever information you want and Privacy will confirm it. They operate as any other provider (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and charge the vendor a fee for every transaction so the service is completely free for users. -—

Pre-paid Credit Cards – found at almost every drug store and supermarket, simply load it by paying cash upfront. The card number is untraceable and when using it to pay online, you can use any name you want. Some disadvantages: 1. require a minimum loading amount (usually $10 – $20) 2. some have a maximum loading amount 3. charge a fee (usually less than $5) 4. and in most cases, they cannot be re-loaded (even if they could, the method of re-loading could then be tied back to you) https://top.quora.com/How-do-I-pay-anonymously-online https://www.cogipas.com/anonymous-online-payments-explained-how-to-pay-anonymously/

With the number density of free electrons dropping rapidly, the time when photons and baryons decoupled follows soon, once the rate for Thomson scattering falls below the expansion rate H. an html span tag test for green text:

here is some text of a bunch of a lot of so and so and then some and then even more than that so and so even more and more and more (Note: the span has to all be on one line or it won't work)

Unless you want a double-line, do not have a line-break before and after the span tag; i.e., the span includes a line-break itself.

Adding search (blog must be public; this is not working, nor does it work on a write.as anon post; is this duckduckgo feature working?):
