Very important info about the several small recovery partitions that can get created when upgrading Windows. Every time when you upgrade Windows to the next version, the upgrade program will create a recovery partition if it detects that there is insufficient space on your recovery partition (GPT disk) or system reserved partition (MBR disk). There is why there are many recovery partitions after upgrading to each major version of Windows 10.

7/5/2018 – original Win10 OS after machine purchase. Ran Dell SupportAssist and it found an updated BIOS to install (A22 dated 4/26/2018), also an Intel chipset device driver. There was also an Intel Management Engine Firmware update. Dell site said windows 7 pro 32-bit was original OS, though 64-bit Dell Win7 SP1 is available online.
From this article, I confirmed the e6430 product key is not stored in the BIOS
